Southampton, PA | September 24, 2026: Zinman & Company, a Pennsylvania-based accounting and advisory firm, today announced that it has joined Sorren, a Top 50 U.S. accounting and advisory firm.

For nearly four decades, Zinman & Company has provided tax, accounting and advisory services to businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. Its outsourced accounting, payroll, human resources and recruitment services have operated under the separate brands of DenovoHR Consulting & Business Advisory and De Novo Recruitment Agency. As part of this combination, these entities, their teams and their full range of services are now part of Sorren, giving clients access to expanded capabilities through one unified organization.

The addition strengthens Sorren’s presence in Pennsylvania and brings together two firms focused on delivering practical guidance, personal service and forward-looking solutions. Led by Managing Partner Mark Zinman, CPA, CITP, Zinman & Company has distinguished itself by helping clients navigate business challenges through a combination of accounting expertise, strategic advisory services and technology-driven solutions.
