Mark says, "A PESTLE analysis should be part of every company's strategic management framework so they can identify the external factors that could impact their business. For example, every one of the six PESTLE factors (political, economic, sociological, technological, legal, and environmental) is present in a pandemic. Awareness and preparation help build a crisis-resistant enterprise."
