Effective ways to maintain the momentum of your DEI efforts

Mark and other business leaders were asked how they maintain the momentum of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts in their organizations.
Mark says, "Engage the entire workforce in planning and implementing any DEI initiative. Employees are more likely to support and remain actively invested in programs that they help create, and it fosters a sense of accountability to see a real and positive impact. Encourage cross-collaboration within mentor groups and peer groups."
